- be responsible for the installation and maintainance of operating system software for multi- user computer system
- be responsible to diagnose and resolve computer system problem
- be responsible for the management of data disaster recovery, securitty and protection of data
- be able to manipulate microsoft enterprise server and administration of windows domain infrastructure
- be proficiency and able to manipulate active directory windows server, VMWare and Cisco Switches and routers
- Must be able to handling routing and switching technology
- must be able to handle automating systems
- must be able to manipulate and train persons in the use of learning management system
- assemble materials to be presented and provide demonstration models to dianose, maintain and repair equipment, network and make suggestiob for the purchase of items needed
